In industrial facilities, the installation of cable trays is critical for both safety and operational efficiency. Cables in horizontal cable trays should be fixed every 3 meters, while those in vertical cable trays should be fixed every 1.2 meters using cable clips. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in reduced spacing between cables and the accumulation of dust, which may lower current-carrying capacity. As a result, cables can overheat and cause severe malfunctions.

Improperly identified cables may sag out of the tray, and during emergencies like short circuits or earthquakes, they may become dangerously dislodged. Additionally, improper segregation can lead to magnetic field interference between instrumentation cables and energy cables, resulting in signal distortion.
