BELT SCALE
Belt scales to measure the capacity of the plant, enables us to determine how efficient the plant is being operated. Thus it prevents the operating faults.
Belts scales installed on different type of material conveyors, helps us to state the ratios of the material to each other. Then with a mechanical adjustments to the machinery, these values can be checked again.
Indicators on the belt scale screen:
⦁ Resetable Counter: The counter that can be reseted from the screen or over communication protocol. (ton)
⦁ Daily Counter: The counter that resets on 00:00 every day. (ton)
⦁ Material Flow: Current flow rate of the material. (ton/hour)
⦁ Conveyor Speed: Conveyor speed calculated over the encoder. (meter/second)
